Wishing one and all peace and prosperity as we head into the busy holiday season. The past month has been spent working on revisions on two novels and writing on a special Christmas story exclusive to subscribers to my newsletter. Scroll to the bottom to read this FREE story.

December started off with the great news that Mann Hunt has been nominated in the Goodreads M/M Romance Members’ Choice Awards for Best Mystery/Whodunnit of 2023. If you read the book and enjoyed it, you can vote and take it from nominee to winner. I am in poll #9. To vote click here.

The sequel to Mann Hunt is coming soon. The first draft of the novel was over 100 000 words in length, but I’m paring it down to something a little sleeker. The manuscript will be going to the editing wizards at Pride Publishing at the end of the month, and has a planned release date of June 25th. Stay tuned for news on the book in upcoming newsletters.

Revisions continued for the publisher on my youth novella Not Not Normal. The book is slated for release in the fall of 2024. As you can see by the word count above, this is a smaller book, but I assure you it packs a powerful emotional punch. It is a story that deals with themes of overcoming loss, dealing with anxiety, and finding self-acceptance. I am so proud of this novel and can’t wait to share it with you.

As a special Christmas treat, I thought it would be nice to revisit the characters of The Woodcarver’s Model with a special story written just for you. To see how Rob and Mitch spent their first Christmas on the west coast, click here.

Christmas is a perfect time to give the gift of reading. If you know someone who would love a copy of one of my books, you can easily order them in e-copy form or paperback here.

Thanks for your support. I’ll be back in January with excerpts from the new books, details of a book signing event in Toronto and other news connected to my writing.

Happy Holidays,

Peter E. Fenton
